Itâs a really odd feeling. You know someone better from a distance than when youâre closer to them.

Yep, it sure is. Thatâs why in the future, I think Iâll try out calling before actually meeting the person. Hinge doesnât have that option unfortunately, so maybe Iâll have to redownload Instagram or use another app.
Yesterday, I was sleep deprived, and couldnât form my words properly. The guy said to me he didnât know what I was getting at a couple of times, even when I was talking about what happened in a movie he saw. I was so embarrassed. I think I will be ghosted.

Chalk it up to a learning experience.
God knows Iâve made my fair share of blunders. Ive been fairly forthright about my background, so you can imagine what app dates were like in the beginning lol

Yikes, yep I can imagine.
Look, Iâve never met you in person, but based on your comments here, I can see how youâve put in a lot of work to get to where you are today. It is really inspiring to see how youâve built yourself back up, and I hope that one day, someone great can get to witness that too :)

Thatâs incredibly kind of you to say :)
Itâs funny:
The difficult times are easy to deal with. But when youâre succeeding, or have something to celebrate, thereâs definitely a sting that comes with it if as you say, thereâs no witnesses.
