Not an IT or computer nut (for the most part) but I thought people knew how to do this

You canât be serious. I show people how to do their basic job functions every day and as soon as Iâm out of eye contact that information falls right out of their heads. Sometimes it happens while Iâm still standing there.

also gaining information should be the bare minimum - donât know how to save as pdf? use a search engine or even an ai, if nothing works.
it feels exhausting to explain an easy task three times that could have been two lines, because they donât want to know it - they take want the money but prey on your competence.
