Seasm0ke@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoIt does depend on your tdee total daily energy expenditure and BMR base metabolic rate but all the legit info you can find would suggest you talk to a doctor before going below 1500. If I recall correctly you can start to lose muscle and bone density, and bone density doesn’t come back.
