Dinner is done.
I made pasta al limone, with fried salmon and a salad with lemon-yoghurt dressing. It was rather tasty. I’ve been trying to do more pasta sauces that are not tomato based, this definitely fits the bill.

Nice, very good presentation. My original plan was to flake the salmon through the pasta, but I decided a flake-as-you-go approach would be simpler.
