6.2 Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability:
7.1 Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
7.2 In no event shall Licensor’s total liability exceed the amount paid by Licensee for the Game.
