My usual veg guy is The Fungus King. If I wanted weirdly specific varieties of foraged mushrooms those were also an option. I bought Weirdly Specific Foraged Stuff last week!

He’s a lovely guy, but I swear every time I go in there he’s rearranged the displays to make room for another kind of mushroom
