Comment on How do you fight doomerism/pessimism in these trying times?
adhd_traco@piefed.social 2 weeks agoI like this a lot. I want to add, that finding a way to contribute helps a lot. Perfectionism can really get in the way. But in the same vein appreciating what we have. Damn water to drink and food on the table, for example, it also makes sense to value small ways in which anyone is helping.
