Alexstarfire@lemmy.world 3 days agoI think you should re-watch the footage and see where his feet are when he shoots. He does shoot through the windshield but he’s already past the hood when he does so. He goes a bit out of his way to shoot through the windshield.
This appears to be when his first shot occurred, based on the sound from the footage. You telling me that’s still in front of the vehicle?

Not really more clearly but it’s definitely a better angle. It does look like the car pushed him. Still, by the time he gets a shot off he’s already been pushed out of the way.
