YiddishMcSquidish@lemmy.today 3 weeks agoSame exact issue. Went to visit my mom down south and she was trying to brag about me to someone at a bar and added weight and height to my actual numbers. Like I’m not sitting right fucking next to her feeling mad uncomfortable!

Yeah my mom was from the south, and we’d go to family reunions where she and her brother would stay up late and loudly talk about me while I tried to sleep.
