    Every single human being is held to the standards of hygiene. Being unhygienic is bad for your health and can spread disease. Men are not held to the same standards of hygiene that women are. Men are not held to the same standards of appearance that women are. Men are enough punished for failing to meet those standards in the same way that women are.

    Do you think women don’t get judged for being unhygienic? I run into men in public all the time who I can smell from 30 yards away and who are covered in dirt or oil or God knows what. I very rarely run into women who are comparably unkempt. Women face severe social consequences for being even slightly unkempt. Even if they’re trades workers.

    And none of this is even relevant to the topic which is about makeup.

      It can spread disease in some cases, but generally most people won’t get significantly more diseases if they live a normal life except for not showing for a few months. This has nothing to do with the gender of the person, it could be a woman too. Do you judge anyone for not showering? If so why do you care? You’re almost definitely not going to catch a disease from them unless your in intimate contact with them. Their body their choice.
