SituationCake@aussie.zone 2 days agoSome years ago, I did Pilates once a week. It was great for tone and flexibility. I don’t know if it specifically helps with posture, but you know that wobbliness that you can get trying to do a slow controlled movement? It good for that kind of stuff. It does take time and consistency though, not a quick fix.

If you’re interested, tai chi has balance exercises. Can’t find videos of the drills I used to do. And the warmups or dao yin/qi gong are good for strengthening and movement control.
I wish I was able to go back to lessons

I will write this all down and look into it, thank you so much again for sharing. I do wonder if I have mild scoliosis. I think my sister does.
