Happy cake day, I think that house will be in the millins. That’s basically a mansion in a Chicago suburb, a relatively nice neighborhood, and in walking distance of a big park.

I’d guess 2 to 3 million.
If you put that home in a lower cost of living area sure it could be 500,000 but not in the area the movie takes place

The house from the movie goes for more than the surrounding properties due to its fame
