rhymeswithduck@sh.itjust.works 14 hours agoThose food companies have spent decades doing chemical research on how to make that food as addictive as possible. Then of course there’s all the marketing on top of that. Most people can’t break free of it.

It’s also about making it as cheaply as possible, which is why cooking yourself is better than almost any other food.
