How do you read the soil chart? What is the composition of loam? 50% sand, 20% clay, 80% silt? 150% baloney

That could work, but there’s clearly a % sign in all axes.

nah. loam is, for example, 40% sand, 20% clay, 60 silt and it’s close to middle of that polygon
