I haven’t slept for more than four hours a night in three years. I had a TBI, and if no one found me and called an ambulance, I would have died. So, for me, adulthood is all about falling asleep at 10 PM and waking up two hours later at midnight. I’m here on the US east coast and I’ve been up for over an hour.

TBIs are awful. That sleep thing sounds horrible but at least you can still communicate. Hope you’re surviving okay.
