SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 1 day agoMany drugs are made as radiochemicals to see how they distribute in the body. It’s mostly the liver. Some drugs work specifically as radiochemicals to bring ionizing radiation to tumors to kill them.

A liver complaining about dealing with harmful stuff would be like a dung beetle complaining about having to roll shit around 🤷
