this is really stupid, but how do you considered that the rotational speed of the earth at the equator is like 400 meters per second? How tf are you not flying into space under that speed?? The answer is obviously that the center of rotation is ABOVE us (that’s right baby hollow earth is back) and BTW that’s how gravity work, thank me later physicists.
