Can you even buy jeans pants and jeans jackets at the “local uniform supply/restaurant supply/hardware store.”?
In my area there are a lot of hardware stores that carry work clothes. Rain gear, boots, even underwear. I never asked, but I always assumed the thinking was that when a guy shows up for a hammer, he’ll look and remember that he needs a shirt.
