pebbles@sh.itjust.works 1 week agoIf the appeal has a name on it then there could still be bias. Somewhat related: I heard job applications still got biased reviews with names redacted because the contents were culturally specific enough.

Lmao there are cases of people applying with a more white-sounding name and same rest of resume to get accepted.
