    That’s kind of how it works, yeah. You can see in another comment of mine that I personally think he actually committed all those crimes. But until he is found guilty by a court of law, he only allegedly commited any crimes. If you call someone a rapist or whatever without referring to a valid court ruling, you are yourself guilty of libel or slander. You might not like that, but this also protects you. So just learn to live with it.
