So DMCA takedowns are only for gameplay videos, they haven’t sent any takedown (or any other) notice to whoever is hosting / running / developing the custom server code.
It will be interesting to see how it progresses.

You can’t go after the server diary without those streamers publicizing the takedowns. The better choice is to hit streamers then nuke the servers once people forget about the game.
