I’ve done it before on my old PC, I’d just need to do it again for my current PC. But tbh I have my PS1 and PS2 and their accompanying games from when I was a kid still, and I want the feeling of playing those games on a console like I used to do. A console that isn’t connected to the internet not requires me to sign in or do updates; it’s just the machine, the game, and me. There’s something about that that I’m chasing I think
I feel ya. I’ve got a little Dell PC setup for emulation with no internet. It’s still nice but it’s no console. I mostly play 4 player Shadows of Mystaria (DnD),
