Europe consists of extreamly different countries… Breakfast in Sweden is completely different from breakfast in Italy.
So not sure about what any european stats actually mean…

There aren’t nearly enough MENA immigrants to explain Europe’s surging overweight- and obesity-rates. And IDK what kinds of people you are seeing, most MENA people I see here in Germany are thinner than the average German.
