  There are multiple film studio management games (with different approaches to gameplay mechanics) that are probably a much better choice:

  • The Executive - Movie Industry Tycoon
  • Hollywood Animal - Played the demo, it's a different concept that one would expect from a "movie tycoon".
  • Movies Tycoon
  • Blockbuster Inc.
