  The anti-ai crowd have been on the hallucinating ai when it isn’t there stage for a while. I think being deeply anti-ai is just as much of a brainworm disease as being deeply pro-ai.

    We are already at the point where genuine artists are constantly being accused of using AI just because the artstyle looks similar.

    I don’t even remember the context anymore. I have seen it being used for Peter & Lois Griffin memes I think? It just has been around a while and definitely before AI image generation.
