Is there a way to transition to adult education? It sounds like it might be a better fit

Unless I get this ADHD under wraps, Ps get degrees. I have decided I will be sticking with this course for the casual teaching opportunities whilst I figure out what I want to do. Could do a mix of casual, and TA work, until the regulatory people say I can’t work anymore until I complete this big project that everyone has to do to be fully registered. I like being in the classroom, but the disrespect sometimes just puts me in fight-or-flight, even if they aren’t intentionally disrespectful.
I think what I really want to do is help people like me sort their lives out. Could do careers, but most of the opportunities are part-time in a school and are given to teachers. I guess I’ll have to suck it up

It’s kind of an option? I think a lot of adult ed focuses on TAFE quals so I’d need to have one of those plus industry experience.

I’ve just started a cert 3 and it’s so badly put together that I’m doing the bare minimum and seeing if they pass me.

Yikes, can I ask what field it’s in?
