tombruzzo@aussie.zone 1 month agoIt’s good you’re doing this. I remember when looking for jobs explaining to my parents that the local Big W doesn’t do it’s own hiring and you have to apply online for the head office to look at. Sometimes parents don’t realise how much the job market has changed

A few of my recent applications wanted a 60 second video of me telling them why I wanted the role.
Those went straight to the bin.
