I read Ozymandias, it was very long

longer than the long long song in hop on pop

I can’t remember what it was about,

it was a long time ago and I have forgotten

you were totes awesome in the OG Frankenstein movie

Byron stole the stage, he always does

so much BD energy he limps

but just like Mozart you shagged the little sister too,

Byron never did that

I stole your pome yesterday, to a Skylark

and put in some modern argot, it turned out ok 🙂

I never do know how to pronounce your name

is it Per-cee or Per-se

If you think Ozymandias is long (14 lines - it’s a sonnet), then don’t attempt The Bride of Abydos (1204 lines - 339 of which is a single speech).

I’ve always pronounced Percy as rhyming with mercy. Don’t know of any major variants. I did have a teacher once with the surname Persse, but this was pronounced “purse”, at least to his face.
