You can get cheap(ish) mouth guards to help with the night time grinding. (Don’t be like me and wait until your tooth breaks before getting one, though)

So apparently I’m grinding my teeth less during the night, if at all, according to my partner. Which is good! I’m not waking up with god awful headaches.
But I’ve replaced it with clutching my doona causing tendon and muscle pain in my hands 🤦♀️
I win some, I lose some 😂

I had an oral b one which was pretty good… mouldable, so you could probably make it narrower or chop bits off the ends

I get crampy hands because they get cold at night so I put them under my body. When I wake up and grab my phone it takes me a few goes to use the fingerprint function. First world problem.
