rafoix@lemmy.zip 1 day agoThe hardware potential was reached on day one. Everything looks a little bit nicer than PS4 but games need to push ray tracing which is beyond what the system was designed for.

i thought the ps5 had ray tracing hardware. i wonder how good gta6 will look on the ps5.

I think it’s capable of doing ray tracing but it is not particularly good at it.
