TeenieBopper@lemmy.world 7 months agoI think Zoomers also have the benefit of not having Boomers in the work force as a counterweight. For 20 years before COVID, the two largest generations in American history were in the work force together. Now the majority of Boomers are retired, power in the workplace is leaning towards the workers instead of companies.
