Many years ago (ok, decades ago) I replicated a coffee and date loaf I got from Baker’s Delight. I haven’t made one for a very long time and can’t remember exactly what I put in it, but I’m going to attempt to recreate it again today. It should add a bit of variety instead of always doing a standard fruit loaf.

I might do a small white loaf too and a couple of pizza bases. I could do pizza for dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow.
