I just bought myself a Ninja Creami, cos they’re on sale. Made some “ice-cream”, this thing is great. Winged it with: Watermelon, Avo, honey, soy and vanilla protein. Coulda used a pinch of salt and citric acid.

I bought one recently too and love it, I need to try your blend. I’ve been mainly using milk / cream / yoghurt blends which turn out nice.

I’m trying to lower my animal product intake and generally improve my diet. My thought process was starting with the watermelon (cos it was on sale), then adding fat - I was going to soak/blend cashews but had avo’s that needed using, then protein powder cos it’s good, then soy milk because it was too dry, then a smidge of honey to sweeten.
I think I’m gonna try plain pureed watermelon tomorrow.
