and the burbs are full of those now, they arenât brick or stone, itâs stucco on foam, hebel if they are doing are it right
also, having actually lived in one of those in europe, albeit an 18th C one, the layouts are awkward and not in tune with modern living, I did like having lots of sunlight and the entrance hall was nice
no, I didnât have a cinema, tho there was a cellar. It was dank and cold and would get flooded and had rising damp, it was where the furnace was

the old houses are built for people who are far shorter than modern people, doors are low, rooms small
unless it had very large rooms i wouldnât get one, they arenât conducive to modern life
