insaneinthemembrane@lemmy.world 7 hours agoTime & resources would be good but I also think we as a society shouldn’t leave it all up to 2 random individuals who happened to have a child to ensure the healthy survival of humanity. You know what I mean? We all live together here, noone is an island, noone can do it all.

Yes! If society wants any firefighters, teachers, doctors, artists, whatever 30-50 years from now, parents and children of today need better community support, mental health resources, and better free education
