Someone tell me why they plant the jizz trees in schools. Were the people in charge of procurement wanting people to be reminded of that smell?

My place has 8 jizz trees in the garden - four in backyard, four in front yard. Someone was obsessed. The front one’s are starting to jizz up now and they’re extra smelly.
