I mean, he is demonstrably dead, unless you’ve got some info that the rest of us don’t. He can have thoughts and prayers for all the good it will do him.
It’s about being intentionally obtuse, as you are doing.
Do you walk up to native americans and go: “you come from a heritage of a demonstrably murdered people, get over it losers.”?
That’s an awful inhumane thing to do
