  My shoulder woke me up the other morning so I put the electric blanket on and popped an ibuprofen. I’ve never taken so many before in my life. I was going about my business just fine and then bang. No more exercise, no more driving, lifting, dog walks. It sucks hard.

      I am thank you. There’s still a niggle there so I’m on light duties but no major pain.
