Yeah, pretty much.
With the St Georges Cross it seems to be the case.
See other flags of the world being flown and it just looks like they’re being patriotic, but with the England flag it just seems it symbolises something darker.
Not sure why, mebbies it’s just me?
If the black areas of things were marked with a white cross to emulate the Cornish flag, would it be the same?
