we’ve got a million CBT practitioners out here, two DBT folk and exactly zero EMDR specialists it’s kind of funny in a not funny at all kind of way
I tried EMDR and did not get the hype at all. My therapist even had a fancy light bar for it. Ime, most practitioners list CBT but actually end up taking a much more eclectic approach
