Seagoon_@aussie.zone â¨4⊠â¨days⊠agosame, so many of my purchases are bulk on sale only
for example, last week I bought 2 5kg bags of rice at half price
even so my costs are through the roof
after a discussion with husband we are shopping at aldi from now on, this should save at least $400 a month

Yeah Iâm done with Coles and woollies. Thatâs literally double what it was a couple of weeks ago.

@Gibsonhasafluffybutt @Seagoon_ I have just been thinking the last few shops that prices at Colesworths are getting truly beyond a fucking joke, they had been rising for a while but I'm legit getting sticker shock now. I already shop at Aldi about half the time, but Woolies is the only one with Paul's cream, and no other cream is as good. There's also a handful of things my child appears to need to live that I can't get from Aldi. So I'm stuck doing one shop a week at Woolies đĄ

Iâm not having good luck because the Aldis near me donât have what I can eat. Either allergens are included so I canât buy it, the item isnât sold, or thereâs no generic option.
I do buy the Trimat unscented laundry sauce which I prefer and stock up on, the sunflower spread seems to be ok to eat, and the Prince deodorant roll on seems to be good. I am able to eat one or two of the lolly bags if I pay what they cost.
But yeah due to unfortunately having different needs itâs awkward to try and shop there, a lot of my staples just arenât covered
