We need a sandbox thing like browsers have but for RL events like these that the current administration dreams up so we can keep the isolated from our actual archives

If you’re referring to a separate archiving system that we can add these articles to that if only content like this then I could do that.
I already have one built that I run internally for my own use.
I use open source software that we could all use: docs.archivebox.io/v0.6.0/README.html
