I looked again, if it’s on there it’s very well hidden. I’m using the website btw, maybe the app has it more easy to access.

Jumped onto my desktop to check. You can do it from the comm page by clicking on the hamburger button (…) of any post, and there’ll be an option there to block the comm. No, I have no idea why a comm-wide setting is only found under a post-specifi button.

It's on the 3 dot menu on every post.
Makes sense to have it on the community too, tho. I'll find a place for it.
