Korne127@lemmy.world 3 days agoWell, I’m agreeing with everything @JadaTaykesIt@lemmy.world answered to this, but I genuinely don’t know why, if Marvel movies are just generally something you don’t like, Iron Man 1 is such an exception.
As they also said, especially in the beginning there were many really highly praised movies. Especially the original Avengers movie, Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy and Civil War.

Yeah, I’m not gonna stan marvel movies, but Iron Man 1 as the ONLY marvel movie you think is good is certainly a take… I don’t know what the BEST marvel movie is, but it’s hard to pick one, and not think another one similarly hits what you liked about that one. Maybe they just really liked Iron Man specifically and after Tony told the world he was Iron Man it just killed it for him once all the other heroes started getting screentime.
I’ll admit, I didn’t really care much for the MCU until Spidey showed up, and it wasn’t until catching up that I realized that I quiet enjoyed a few of them. For every miss, there’s usually a hit, and a lot of mid-tier ones.
