If this is distressing you think about using a new account for yourself, transferring email to the ne one and deleting the old email account

yes, I know it’s a pain but it might be the easiest way

and it will cut the link to you

It would be harder tbh, the email I used is my main one I use for important stuff. I’m just going to ignore them and have Gmail send them to a junk folder
