Practice talking to people especially women. Ask a random person at the grocery store what kind of spaghetti sauce they recommend. If you’re awkward, who cares? If they think anything bad about you because of it, you never have to see them again. People aren’t as scary as we make them out to be. It’s just that inner monologue that makes you doubt yourself.
