I use StayFocused as a website blocker for Chrome on PC, which is handy, and AppBlock on mobile. But if you enjoy playing it, maybe using these to set a time limit or out of action hours?

Following on from Low’s discussion about barriers to good habits
Recently I have changed two want tos to musts. Get my driver’s licence and set up my watch. And these two musts are part of bigger goals.
Removing bad habits is more difficult. I think I will keep chrome a little longer as it’s stopping me from playing bubbletown, which I have already played two times right through, it’s just a huge time waster and mind number.

If bubbletown gives you joy, keep playing it. It’s only a problem when you’ve got stuff to do and you’re not getting them done.
At night my man likes to watch docos that I may not be interested in so I play Family Island or Zen color to wind down.
Tell me more about your watch.

gshock 2200, basically a combined digital analogue watch with some neat time keeping functions.
bubbletown, it’s just a time waster when I should be doing other things. I’ll get some new games to play and be disciplined about it, play games after all my tasks are done

That’s the beauty about holidays. Relax, enjoy, see new things and work out what you wanna do when you get back. It’s like a mini reset.
Your watch sounds fabulous.
