  Porn does not have significant negative effects on your brain or you development. Unless it becomes compulsive or starts having a negative impact on your life, it is perfectly normal and healthy to use porn. Most people who use porn have a healthy relationship with it most of the time - it’s an enjoyable distraction, like watching tv or browsing Lemmy.
