      I think he thought you meant they were pointing up, instead of towards themselves. And from his reply I assume the bill provides benefits for incomes over 1.1 million dollars

        i did mean they’re pointing up, it’s gonna funnel lots of money from the bottom to the top. i don’t see how this means I’m benefitting from it though.
