Comment on Dolph is prime human
dubyakay@lemmy.ca 3 weeks agoI’ve never seen the originals, as he’s not that popular in Europe. My only exposure is “Bill Nye Saves The World” on Netflix. I couldn’t get past the first episode.
I’m a big fan of Sagan, and while I don’t think NDT’a Cosmos: A Space time Odyssey was as good as the first series, I was mostly looking at Nye’s show with the same lense and trying to draw comparisons between them.

have not seen that. will go look for it, I wonder if perhaps he’s exhausted trying to explain basic science in this idiot-filled age.
I watched half of the new cosmos, then something got in the way, need to rewatch it. Agree it was not as amazing as OG Cosmos (I love that series so much that I own two copies of the book, one for me and one for the kids). Sagan is just that awesome, it even overcomes the 70s outfits :D
